a level of spiritual attainment or a state of being which is open to all. this means that god is the lord within a persons heart
what 3 ways do hindus think of god
- god exists everywhere, called brahman.
- god exists/ lives within a persons heart called antaryami( means god within)
- as a personal god, called bhagavan, hindus can have this personal connection with many different gods through prayer.
put simply god:
- is everywhere (brahman)
- lives within ones heart ( antaryami)
- is in the spiritual world and we can connect to him through worship ( bhagavan)
