A

Contract with the designer and CM agency .

  • Designer has separate contracts with engineers and landscape architects
  • CM Agency has separate contracts with subs
  • Designer and CM Agency have informal contract with each other

A

contract based on guaranteed maximum price, holds contracts with subs, reimbursed by owner, includes more risk but higher fee.
