Defining uniform testing procedures and meaningful scores by comparison with pretested groups

Normal curve
Normal bell-shaped curve that describes distribution
Reliability
How consistent a test’s results are
How close the test measures or predicts what it is supposed to
Validity
Content validity
Extent to which a test samples the behavior that is of interest
