I find it a bit scary that various people have gained too much confidence and did not think about their options because of the successes they had all to just lose it all in a matter of days, imagine losing everything because you got distracted because you had a promising start.

no matter your age, gender, weight, or height, you should always be looking to set yourself a challenge, it should not be too hard, neither should it be too easy for you, it should be challenging for yourself, to improve and increase your capabilities.

A

stick to your goal, no matter what it is, you should always believe in yourself and keep the progress going, even if you feel like you’re still at 0%, you should stick your goal as your mind is just playing tricks on you, ignore that and believe you are being lead for success, that my friend, is the key to everything in life.

it is understandable to struggle with motivation, it happens to most of the population but what you really need is not motivation, it is determination and discipline.

top tip

A

top tips are usually underestimated due to their “small impact”, those who underestimate it are only focusing on the bigger things, they fail to notice the smaller things like top tips, my advice is to have an open mind and hear out the top tips people offer you, even look for them perhaps, you will not regret it.
