Anastomoses

Occlusion of one or more of the coronary arteries of the heart due to a clot

abnormal accumulation of IF resulting in swelling

blood clotting disorder due to the lack of one or more clotting factors

Ischemia
Lack of sufficient blood flow to tissue due to obstruction or constriction in the blood vessels
Jaundice
Yellowing of skin and whites of eyes due to increased bilirubin
Korotkoff Sounds
Sounds heard during auscultation of blood pressure
Leukemia
cancer in red bone marrow resulting in very high numbers of white blood cells in peripheral circulation
Leukocytosis
A WBC count greater that the normal number
Leukopenia
A WBC count lesser than the normal number
