Cold War
A 40 long period of time where the United States and the USSR shared political tensions and threatened to use military force on each other.

Seperation of India due to decolonization of post British ruled India into a Muslim and Hindu nation-states

Israel was created due to the partition of palestine into an area for Jewish people

An independent colonies’ parent nation which received workers from the independent nation in search of work and housing
