The sugar act was a law that was passed on sugar, tax

A tax on all mail & newspapers

The unnecessary, indiscriminate killing of a large number of people.
What was the Boston tea party?
The Boston tea party was a raid on three ships on which Boston colonists, dressed like Indians, threw tons of tea into the Boston harbor
