Five interview categories
1) Leadership: Know someone is a leader because people are behind them. Think of 2 examples where you led people and they followed.
2) Teamwork: Working together to accomplish a common goal. How when making something better and how someone leaned on you.
3) Engagement: How plugged in. When you noticed something and nobody else.
4) Communication: Ability to convey idea you wanted to convey and ability to receive communication as it was supposed to be received.
5) Adversity: Ability to strive forward after failure. Examples of you failed or overcame an obstacle.
