-He meditated or 21 days.
-On the 21st day, he was shown bubbles of all colors, with ancient Sanskrit symbols. There was total understanding of how to use them for Reiki.

-He fully healed his toe.
-He was served a full meal and didn’t get ill.
-He healed the daughter’s tooth, of the home where he received food.
-He healed his monk/mentor/abbott, who was bedridden from chronic arthritis.

What did he to do heal people after the miracles?

-Went to Tokyo, for 7 years, and worked in the beggars section. Providing healing to poor and sick. Sending them to others, to try and elevate them out of poverty
-After 7 years, he noticed people returning to be healed again.
-He realized he had focused on physical matters and not neglected the spiritual. He had not taught gratitude.
-He then decided to charge for the healing. He traveled to the country sides and lit a torch and let people come to him.

This is the key to releasing fear and trust the Universe.

How do you prepare yourself to treat others?

-Brush your Aura -Invoke your Spirit Guides and intend that Reiki Energy flows. Intent is the key word.

The Body Scan Technique

-Placing your hands into the energy field of another to try to feel differences in their energy. -Feel for; hot, cold, spinning, fast, slow, chaotic, etc. -Hands on or hover 2-6 inches above the body. -Start at top or bottom of the body. -Reiki does the healing for the person's highest good. We may not be able to influence healing.

Hand Positions

-Each position is held 3-5 minutes. Kelly does not hold them this long. -Trust your intuition. -You may feel heat flowing through your hands on a certain area. Keep that position until your hands cool down. -You can ask a person to turn over on their stomach, but this is not necessary. It may be disruptive.

Beginning the Session

-Light incense, candles, and put on music. -Ask the client to take off their shoes, close their eyes, and relax. -As you place your hands on the first position say "Reiki on." -

Ending the Session

-Shake your hands to disconnect from the Reiki Energy. -Let the client take their time getting up. -Offer water. -Encourage them to drink plenty of water. Energy is moving and toxins leaving the body. -A symptom may get worse before it gets better. This is a normal part of healing. -Recommend a course of 3 treatments over a 3 week period, for maximum benefit.

Once you have completed the healing you must Ground Yourself. -Clasp you hands together and say to yourself "I am Grounded."
