What antibiotic would you use for culture positive UTI?

Chronic UTI empirical pharmacological Mx in adults
- Nitrofuratoin 50mg daily for 3-6 months
- Trimethoprim 150mg daily for 3-6 months
- Cephalexin 250mg daily for 3-6 months
