What is interspecific variation?
Interspecific variation is variation between species.
What is intraspecific variation?
Intraspecific variation is variation within species.
What is continous variation?
Continous variation is variation that can be measured such as height and weight.
What is discontinous variation?
Discontinous variation is variation that can not be measured such as eye colour and blood type.
What is inherited variation?
Inherited variation is variation of DNA which has been passed down from parents such as eye colour and hair colour.
What is acquired variation?
Acquired variation is variation which has been gained within the persons life such as language and obesity.
What is a species?
A species is a group of organisms that can produce an offspring of their own kind with one another. Offsprings of species can reproduce.
What is a hybrid?
Usually members of two other species can’t reproduce , but in rare cases in can happend. Such offspring is called a hybrid. Hybrids can’t reproduce.
