Q

Soave’nin bölümleri toprak yapısı sebebi ile şarabı nasıl etkiler?

A

1) foothills in the north: limestone, clay, some volcanic rocks - soils naturally cool & together with the influence of altitude, slows down ripenning, grapes with full ripeness yet high acidity

Wines: capable of maturing for a number of years

2) vines on plains in south: sandy, alluvial soils aid ripening so the grapes are fruitier with m acidity, wines are meant to be drunk young
