No it stays the same

Yes bigger than outside vent by 50% for internal walls, the outside vent will be a normal calculation

When taking ventilation through 1 other room, above what height should the outside ventilation be & why
A
300mm
So it doesn’t get blocked by debris & so it does not blow cold air over the occupants which if happened may lead to them blocking it

A
450mm maximum off the floor so that smoke cannot spread from room to room using the vent
