A

[HOTEL RULE] 4 story cap on Hyrdraulics

Uses displacement to have the oil pump displace the piston pushing up the the elevator [NO CABLE]

Does not go up many floors(up to 7), slower than traction, but less expensive than traction

Machine rooms are typically located next to the bottom-most entry point
