Incubation period - 2 weeks - 6 months

  1. Children : pearly white papules
    Centrally umbilicated
    size : 2-5 mm
  2. Pseudokobeners phenomenon
  3. Anogenital region in sexually active adults
  4. Immunocompromised induviduals:
    Giant, atypical, extensive, recalcitrant lesions
