-2007 200,000 people were moved and 45,000 homes demolished. Gentrified
-Piped water and sewage systems in flats
- 2015 72 new trains and safer platforms
-2015 new rules to improve air quality
5 Negatives
-Slum improvement better idea
- New block splits communities
-Rent is unaffordable
-Small business are cut out so affects local economy
- Really only benefits rich and powerful people
