WHAT DO YOU DO HERE IN BRAZIL?
I have been working as a teacher in early childhood education since 2023. I am responsible for teaching children with special needs, aged 6 to 15 years old. My main responsibilities are planning and adapting activities to meet the needs of students with multiple disabilities. I work with playful and sensory approaches to stimulate communication, cognition, and motor development. I am also a student of two postgraduate degrees at the same time, in Special and Inclusive Education and in Special and Inclusive Education: Multiple Disabilities, which are expected to be completed in December 2026.

of course! my host mom’s name is Ilana, she works as a portfolio manager at a company called OXO, she is brilliant. My host dad is David, he works at an investiment company. The children are William, 6 years old, and Teddy, who is 3, almost 4; his birthday is in April. They are an amazing family wholove spending a lot of time together.
DO YOU LIVE WITH YOUR PARENTS?
No, I live with my brother. He works with electronic repairs
WHY DID YOU DECIDED TO BE AN AU PAIR?
Because I love taking care of kids, I have a lot of experience, and this program will help me improve my English skills, which are necessary for my job. When I return to Brazil, I intend to complete my postgraduate degrees and also work in bilingual education.
HOW MANY CHILDREN WILL YOU TAKE CARE OF?
2 BOYS
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITES WITH KIDS?
I will take them to school, make his meals play and organize their things.

Yes, two times a week

I want to get back to my career immediately, then focus on finishing my post graduation degrees, and also work in Brazil in bilingual education.
WHY BEING FLUENT IN ENGLISH WILL HELP YOU IN YOUR FUTURE CAREER?
Because English is the language of business, being fuent wil be very important for my career in Brazil, especialy in the field of Bilingual education.
Do you have an experience with kids?
Yes, I have a lot. All of my background was working with children, as I work today, and I am familiar with caring about children with special needs
Will you have any kind of Fist AID training?
Yes, I have first AID course and I have a lot of experience with kids
