A

Physical - excessive perspiration, surgery, illness, elderly,
GI diseases, co-factor deficiency (folic acid, riboflavin
&/or niacin), diabetes, pregnancy & breastfeeding, high
fevers, malaria, HIV/AIDs
Environmental - smoking, pollution
Emotional - stress
Dietary - sugar & processed foods, high temp cooking, high SAFA
diets, raw fish, blueberries & red cabbage destroys B1, coffee, tea and alcohol, baking powder, dried fruit
Medical - BP medication, IV glucose solutions, steroids, hormone medication, anti-depressants
