What it does - healthy skin, to see in dim light, growth of children, moist and healthy mucus membranes, antioxidant
Found in - milk, cheese eggs, liver, kidney, oily fish. Plant - cabbage, soinach, kale, lettuce peas

  • when liquid sweat is released onto surface of skin it absorbs heat energy from blood vessels
