Dissemination

Ethnocentrism
the belief that your own cultural or ethnic group is superior to other culture or ethnic groups.
Implicit
implied though not plainly expressed. For example; someone may be cold but not say anything. Just by looking at them you can tell they are cold.
Marginalization
It means treating a someone as if they are less important or pushing them to the edges of society where they have less power, voice, or opportunity.
For example, if certain groups are not allowed to share their ideas or are left out of important activities, they are being marginalized. It’s like ignoring them or making them feel like they don’t matter as much as others.
Stigma
means a negative or unfair label (stereotype) that people put on someone or a group because of something about them, like their background, appearance, or a health condition.
When there’s a stigma, people might treat that person unfairly or judge them without really understanding them. It’s like a mark or a label that makes others see them in a negative way, even if it’s not true or fair.

an adjective describing what is suitable or appropriate or with reference to/ concerning
eclectic
deriving ideas, style, or taste from a broad and diverse range of sources. Very diverse and just a combination of things that do not match or make any sense.
filibuster
