in primary lymphoid organs (bone marrow and thymus)

in secondary lymphoid organs, which includes:
lymph nodes
spleen
mucosa associated lymphoid tissues (tonsils, peyer’s patches, MALT, etc)

A
B cells develop in bone marrow
T cells continue/complete their development in the thymus
