A

Malleolar Zone

  • Tenderness at medial malleolus
  • Tenderness at lateral malleolus
  • Inability to bear weight immediately and in the ED for 4 steps

Midfoot Zone

  • -Tenderness at base of 5th metatarsal
  • Tenderness at navicular
  • Inability to bear weight immediately and in the ED for 4 steps

ACR includes tenderness at talus and calcaneus
