take a dose as soon as you remember. But if your next dose is coming up soon, just wait to take it. Do not double up to make up for the missed dose.

It works best if you eat the same amount of vitamin K every day. (e.g. asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, leafy greens)

Do not take if pregnant

You must get a blood test to check and see how well your blood is clotting. (Go to appointments)

• bruise and bleed more easily (which can be dangerous)
• call your doctor immediately dif you notice any bothering side effects: allergic reaction, bleeding thats abnormal (vomiting blood, coughing blood, in urine)
• weakness in one side of your body
