What drugs interact with warfarin?

A

CYP inducers, phenytoin, carbamazepine, rifampicin) increase warfarin metabolism and risk of clots.

CYP inhibitors (e.g. fluconazole, macrolides) decrease warfarin metabolism and increase bleeding risk
