A ritrual is a special religious ceremony that is performed in a particular order.
Why is it water that clenses us?
It represents how we need it for survival, it also clenses the person on the outside and inside, it is like a frest start, a new life.

It is where muslims would use water to clense themselves before every of their daily prayers

it involves putting water to wash the face, rub the head with water, wash the hand and arms up to the elbow, and feet up to the ankles

The well comes from the phrase “Zome Zome” meaning stop flowing.
