Being exploited results from past mistreatment of inferiors; dedicate body/life to serve others.

Hearing unpleasant words results from past divisive/harmful speech; reproach one’s own speech errors.
Impure Birth from Impure Views
Birth in impure places stems from habituating impure perceptions; cultivate pure appearances.
Losing Friends from Causing Separation
Separation from friends results from enticing away others’ companions/servants; stop such actions.
Holy Ones Displeased from Bad Friends
When holy ones are unhappy, it’s due to rejecting the holy/relying on bad friends; reject bad friends.
Negativity from Disparaging Holy
Experiencing negativity/criticism results from disparaging holy beings; abandon such disparagement.
Resources Wasted from Disregard
Needed things going to waste results from disregarding others’ needs; accomplish others’ needs.
Joyless Mind from Past Negativity
An unclear/joyless mind results from past negative actions; eliminate conditions for others’ negativity.
Failure from Obstructing Holy
Lack of success/agitation results from obstructing holy ones’ actions; abandon such interference.

Teacher’s displeasure despite effort results from hypocrisy towards Dharma; reduce hypocrisy.

Being contradicted by all results from scorning propriety/shame; shun improper actions.
