What about CTR and Class D?

A

Above 10,000ft:
8k (8000m Vis)
1500m Horizontally from cloud
1000ft above or below cloud

Below 10,000ft:
5k (5000m Vis)
1500m Horizontally from Cloud
1000ft above or below cloud

Within CTR or Class D airspace:
           5k (5000m Vis) 
           600m Horizontally from cloud
           500ft below cloud
           1000ft above cloud

What are the steps for DAY Visual approach to an Aerodrome.

A
  1. Aircraft must be within 30NM of an aerodrome
  2. Continuous Visual reference to Ground and Water
  3. Visibility must be greater than or equal to 5000m or aerodrome in sight
  4. Remain clear of cloud
  5. Stay on track until 5NM
  6. Join circuit as directed by ATC
