Advertising
Any form of communication with the public about services, therapies, products, or publications.
Conflict of Interest
An opposition between private interests and official/professional responsibilities of a person in a position of trust, power, and/or authority.

Plagiarism
Presenting another’s idea, research, etc., as one’s own through improper citation, attribution, or paraphrasing.

Formal disciplinary action publicly recorded, excluding insufficient education, fund-related issues, or fee lateness.

Supported by facts/circumstances; aligning with reason, fairness, duty, or prudence.
