1- ACTORS:

  • Classical: some role for leaders’ characters, actors in system may change
  • Neorealists: SOVEREIGN STATES are only important actors

2- Interests:
C: Power.
Neo: Security

C: Human nature.
Neo: Structure of system

4- METHODS:
C: More inductive, HISTORICAL APPROACH.
Neo: more deductive, LOGIC OF SYSTEM.
