A

Signals (grehlin) is secreted from stomach. Takes about 20 min for brain to register signal. Gremlin is the the hunger hormone. Lepton isthe satiety hormone that tells when full. When weight is lost, lepton is lost. Eating slower helps so it gives time for signal to reach brain.
