Reduced absorption of fat-soluble vitamins from food sources because of reduced fat absorption on the whole.

Just take a multivitamin.

Why cant orlistat and warfarin be used together?

A

Vitamin K is fat soluble (ADE as well) so absorption is reduced with orlistat.

Decreased vitamin K =increased effect of warfarin = bleeding.
