FRENCH QUARTER (low alc)
Ingredients:
0.5oz Cognac
1 oz Peach tea
0.5oz Strawberry Syrup
0.5oz lemon juice
1 oz ginger ale
1 mint bouquet
1 (half) strawberry
Method:
Add ginger ale to rock glass. Shake and strain remaining ingredients.
Fill with Fresh ice. Garnish with mint bouquet & half strawberry.
