  1. Greet Table within 30 seconds
  2. Introduce yourself
  3. Place beverage napkins on the table
  4. Take drink order -good time to suggest specials/upsell
  5. Remove extra place settings
  6. Ring in drinks immediately
  7. Always use a tray
  8. Suggest appetizers, soup or salad-point out daily specials
  9. Ring in appetizer, soup, or salad order IMMEDIATELY if entrée order is not given at this time.
  10. Appetizer Plates-bring them out right after placing app order
  11. Take Entrée order point out specials/upsell
  12. Immediately ring in entrée order
  13. Prebus table and refill drinks
  14. Anticipate needs, get fresh napkins, refills, condiments BEFORE their entrée arrives
  15. Check back within 2 minutes or 2 bites
  16. Get a manager- Always get a manager if something came out wrong, or you need a refire or they seem unhappy.
  17. Prebus- take away all extra plates and debris from the table so only glasses are left on the table.
  18. Present Dessert Menu-offer your favorite
