Everyday values in Western society are shaped by White Supremacist values. Standard behaviours and organizational practices such as perfectionism, sense of urgency, and rigid “only one correct way” thinking are derived from this culture.

3 Pillars of white supremacy

Slavery/Capitalism, Genocide/Capitalism, and Orientalism/War are the three pillars. Blackness is related to slavery, and the message that “so long as you are not black, you can escape the commodification of capitalism” is spread to non-blacks. Genocide and colonialism go hand in hand, and seeks to make Indigenous people disappear. The last people are those from the Orient (Asia). These people are “exotic”, but still inferior and also a threat to the empire. This idea justifies war against them.
