It is important to me to be happy. When I am unhappy I find something enjoyable to do which is also good for me.
If I canโt think of anything I consult my list of ideas. ๐
Yoga is a great way to relax and reconnect with my body and mind. I can do gentle yoga even in the evening when my mind is tired. Because my body isnโt tired.

I really enjoy exercise. I love the endorphin rush, the feeling of being out of breath, of challenging myself. It makes me feel fit and healthy.

When I am mentally tired I can sleep or go for a walk or do some yoga.

I will let food go to waste if we do not need it.
I will thank it for being there if needed, but if it was not needed it will go in the bin. Better wasted in the bin and doing no harm than me saving it and incurring the calories.
There are many choices I can make to pass the time in a healthy, enjoyable and relaxing way.
There are no upsides to overeating - make sure eating doesnโt become your hobby!! ๐น๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ง๐จ๐ป๐ฏ๐
Looking after myself is important to me. I feel better when I am fit and eating healthy food in the right amounts.
When I do this my behaviour sets a good example to my girls. โค๏ธ
Eating late at night is not worth it. It is affecting my weight, my happiness, and my self esteem.
The path to being healthier and happier is to choose a better option to pass the time.
Looking after myself is important to me. When I take care of myself I look better, feel better, function better and improve my quality of life.
Taking care of myself helps me live a long, healthy and happy life.
I need to eat slowly and mindfully.
Enjoy every mouthful, enjoy the flavour, texture and aroma. Slow down and remove distractions.
I only eat when I am actually hungry.
When I am bored I find something to do - but I donโt go and eat. If I canโt think of anything I consult my list of ideas.
I love how I look younger when I am fit and healthy.

When there is a lull and Iโm lonely or need comfort, or even just bored - I find an idea on my list, or i go to bed. If Iโm on the car I can listen to a podcast or some music.
These stop me from eating food I donโt need and food that wonโt give me company, companionship, love or entertainment. It wonโt lift up my soul, it will just drag me down. Itโs a trap!! ๐ค๐
Give yourself and your girls a happy, healthy, confident, capable and balanced you/Mummy.

I love the feeling I get when I achieve an exercise goal. The sense of accomplishment is great - and so is the endorphin rush!!

Iโm sick of yo-yo dieting. I spend too much time and energy on losing weight instead of spending my time LIVING!

I want my girls to see a mum who is able to balance her own needs against those of her family

When I am feeling full, I donโt need to eat any more, even if it right in front of me and it is delicious.
I listen to my body - my body is saying it doesnโt want any more. My eyes do not speak for my body!
I eat mindfully and slowly so that I only eat what my body needs.
Any more is just undoing your hard work and setting a bad example!
