Character -> Fresh nose of youthful fruit such as cherries, floral tones and wet slate. Dry with firm tannins, juicy fruit, good freshness and a good length
Vinification -> Organically grown grapes from vineyards in Valtuille de Abajo. 80-90 year old vines. The wine is fermented on steel tanks, and the grapes are destemmed before being mashed in a gentle process for 6-8 days. Stored 7-8 months on a mixture of used 228 liters oak barrels and 800-liters amphorae. Easy filtration before bottling

Character -> Aromatic scent of blackberries, as well as wild strawberries and spices. A hint of sandalwood. Fresh taste with a good concentration of dark berries and spices. Good length
Vinification -> The grapes come from 1er Cru monopoly vineyard Clos Orgelot in Pommard. The vines have an average age of 35 years. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in cement tank at 30 degrees for 26 days. Then the wine is stored in barrels for 16 months with additional storage in bottles for 10 months before sale. The soil consists of limestone and clay
