How do you do Kegal exercises?
Holding the muscles that you use to urinate for 3 secs and relaxing them for 3 secs Stomach and thigh muscles should not tighten Add 1 sec every week until ot can hold for 10 secs and Kegal should not be done while urinating as it can hurt bladder
