How can you alter left, centre and end tabs are on a Word Page?
By checking the icon at the top of the left hand ruler. Depending on what the tab looks like, you’ll be able to specify the location of the left, centre and end tabs. Notes that you can cycle through these to the option you want.

First line in dent and hanging in dent tab.
What does the hanging in dent tab do in Word?
In dents all of the lines in a paragraph except the first line.

Turns all lettering into ‘Small Caps’ as shown here.
