Pro forma Invoice
Proforma Invoice là hóa đơn chiếu lệ, tức là có hình thức như hóa đơn (Invoice), nhưng không dùng để thanh toán (chiếu lệ), vì đó không phải là giấy tờ đòi tiền.
Proforma Invoice thường được viết tắt là PI, là loại thường thấy trongchứng từ XNK. Có thể nói đây là bản nháp sơ bộ của hóa đơn, và do đó không dùng để đòi tiền. Mặc dù vậy, hình thức cũng như nhiều nội dung trên đó vẫn giống hóa đơn thương mại.
Về bản chất, đây chỉ như 1 bản nháp ban đầu của hóa đơn thương mại chính thức. Dựa vào đó, người mua và bán biết được những thông tin cơ bản về lô hàng, trong đó có chủng loại, mẫu mã, số lượng, đơn giá, tổng số tiền, điều kiện giao hàng.v.v…
PI là chứng từ thể hiện sự cam kết về phía người bán sẽ giao lô hàng hoặc dịch vụ như đã thông báo cho người mua ở mức giá cụ thể.
Sau khi nhận được Proforma Invoice, người mua và người bán có thể tiếp tục đàm phán những điều khoản cụ thể khác có liên quan. Và do đó, chứng từ chiếu lệ này có thể được sửa đổi nhiều lần, cho phù hợp với nhu cầu của các bên.

SDI (Separate disclosed items)
The accounting policy for SDI recognition remains consistent with the prior period. We have not opined on the appropriateness of the group SDI policy, which is the responsibility of the group engagement team, but agreed that SDI recognised meet the group definition
Retail: This SDI relates to the release of a restructuring provision recognised in FY21 being “Project Oak”, which relates to the reduction of the retail stores. Given the easing of all national Covid-19 restrictions in March of this financial year and better than expected results in certain retail stores, a number of the planned project closures did not materialise. This resulted in the release of £0.3m, which is well below our reporting threshold.
Airways: The SDI relates to a restructuring provision, based on a change in the Airways fleet size. Of the total amount £18.1m relates to a provision raised in the year, offset by a release of £0.7m for a provision recognised in the previous period relating to unutilised provisions for the Cabin Crew restructuring. Given that several TUI B737 aircraft had been discontinued, there were an excess of pilots within the business resulting in the decision to restructure. This has been appropriately approved in the year. [Our audit of the restructuring provision in relation to this remains ongoing at the date of this report. We have requested evidence that either a legal or constructive obligation existed as at the year-end date, with the pilots aware of this plan prior to the period end.
