INTRA role conflict

someone has two or more competing demands, may relate to roles outside workplace

Temperature - hot or cold can be linked with negative outcomes
Noise - Often noisey, can be distracting and link to lack of control
Level of Control
things happen out of our control at work they may affect our feelings about others perceive you which may lead to feeling stressed.
Low job control has linked to a highness of chance of heart disease five years later.
Too much can also lead to high levels of stress
