It had quite high killing power, but since it is a hand held object it’s range was quite low.

Tanks were very effective at travelling terrain and were pretty much indestructible towards German bullets, meaning it was great for defence and attack.

Artillery was amazing for bombing enemy troops and trenches and by 1915 it was estimated that they had fired around 400,000 air strikes on the western front
