Disagreements:
- Stalin wanted to move USSR border further into Poland - others didn’t like but agreed

(Trueman more anticommunist than Roosevelt)

Events:
- Stalin controlled lots of east Europe and wanted to set up pro-soviet governments like in Poland
- Trueman saw as evidence for intention of Soviet Empire
- Stalin wanted to cripple Germany but Trueman disagree
- Stalin demand $10 bill in reparations
- USA made secret atom bomb and told Stalin at Potsdam despite allies
- USA dropped atom bomb on Japan on Aug 6th 1945 - seen by many as warning to Stalin
