Yin Xu Differentiation

thin body, dry mouth, insomnia, tidal fever, night sweating, five palm heat, yellow urine, dry stools

- Red Tongue with little coating, thin rapid pulse

Yin Nourishing Foods

Suitable foods: duck, egg, porl, gou qi berry, white fungus, watermelon, banana, spinach, tomato

Not suitable: spices, deep fried food

Sweet, Bland, Neutral
- Enters LU, ST, K
Nourish LU yin, anti-radiation, skin beauty

Caution: not for exterior syndrome or dampness

Bok Choy

Sweet, neutral
Enters ST, LI, LV, KD, BL
- Nourish yin, clear heat, and eliminate restlessness, promote urination and defecation
- Contains VitB, VitC, Ca, Fiber

- Promote body fluid, moisten dryness, clear heat, resolve phlegm

Cautions: not for cold type of cough

Yolk: sweet, neutral

Enters KD, HT

Nourish Yin, moisten dryness, nourish HT and calm shen
Egg white: clear LU and benefit throat, clear heat toxin.
Yolk: nourish yin and blood, moisten dryness, regulate MJ

Caution: too much can cause food stagnation
