  -It can be found as an exhibit in a Lease Agreement
• On-site working hours, staging areas, trash dumpster sites, security contact info, damage deposit requirements, permit requirements, insurance requirements & required Landlord subcontractors (typically the fire alarm & fire sprinkler subcontractors).
