Palpitations, shortness of breath with inability to lie down, depression, mental restlessness, a feeling of oppression in the chest, stabbing or prickling pain in heart region that comes and goes and which may radiate to the upper back or shoulder, pain aggravated by exposure to cold and alleviated by heat, expectoration of phlegm, a feeling of heaviness, dislike to speak, cold hands, sighing, purple lips, face and nails; T: purple on the sides in the chest area, swollen with a sticky coat; P: Wiry, Choppy or Knotted (Slippery if Phlegm is predominant)
HT Vessel Obstructed
Tx: move Heart Qi and Heart Blood, eliminate stasis, open the chest, resolve Phlegm, expel Cold, calm Mind

Tx: nourish Blood, strengthen Heart and Pericardium, move Qi and Blood in the chest

LV Yin Deficiency with Empty Heat
Feeling of distention of hypochondrium, chest, epigastrium or abdomen, sighing, melancholy, depression, moodiness, fluctuation of mental state, feeling wound, up, feeling of a lump in the throat, irregular periods, distention of breasts before periods, premenstrual tension and irritability; T: body color may be normal; severe: may be slightly red on the sides; P: Wiry, especially on the left side
LV Qi Stagnation
Tx: smooth Liver and move Qi

Hypochondrial or epigastric distention, a slight feeling of oppression in the chest, irritability, melancholy, depression, moodiness, feeling of a lump in the throat, feeling of heat, red face, thirst, propensity to outbursts of anger, premenstrual tension, irregular periods, premenstrual breast distention, heavy periods; T: red on the sides; P: Wiry, especially on the left side and slightly Rapid
LV Qi Stag turning into heat
Tx: smooth Liver, move Qi, lightly clear Heat

LV Qi Rebellion
