08 – 04 Members Involved in a Traumatic Critical Incident

Question 1

• Member notifies Supervisor of another member involved in Tramatic Critical Incident or symptoms of Critical Incident Stress
• Supervisor notifies affected member’s OIC or Civilian Equivelent
• OIC to consult with OIC-TPOC
• OIC to advise Unit Commander after consult with OIC-TPOC
• OIC-TPOC notifies On-Call CIRT/PSV, EFAP Liasion/CIRT coordinator, Duty Senior officer TPOC, On-Call member of SOO and/or TPA
