  Level 2 Major Incident

• Supervisory officers requests Communications Operator notify on-call member of EM&PO
  Level 3 Disaster Incident
• PC assigned Radio Communication to request Communications Operator to notify TPOC, On-Call member of EM&PO, Unit Commander/OIC of affected divisions
• On-Call member of EM&PO notify EM&PO’s Inspector
• Unit Commander of EM&PO notifies Staff Superintendents of Public Safety Operations, Detective Operations and Area/Central Field
