  6. Features of hyperdynamic state
    - Bounding pulses

    - Possibly heart failure
  7. Features of extra medullary hematopoiesis may be present in certain severe, chronic forms of anemia
    - Hepatosplenomegaly
    - Paravertebral mass
    - Widening of diploid spaces of the skull
