What is meant by “to create movement”

A

To create movement. Muscles are attached to bones. Muscles shorten as they contract, which pulls the bone towards it.

A

Gravity is working on the body - muscle must resist this by maintaining the necessary posture (vertebral column) + Pelivs = correct curve.
