A

DOPES!
displacement of tracheal tube into oesophagus or R main bronchus
obstruction of the artificial airway (secretions)
Pneumothorax (excessive BMV pressure of rib # from compressions)
Equipment failure (oxygen disconnected)
Stomach distension
